You will receive a notification by text and email to confirm your telehealth appointment
You will receive a package containing a COVID-19 PCR or antigen testing device, SARS-CoV-2 buffer. and swabs. Please do not open the package until you are connected to your telehealth session.
Once connected, please follow the instructions given by your proctor. Failure to follow the instructions will result in the test to be incomplete and void.
Upon successful completion of the test, use provided bubble bag for the testing device and a Ziploc bag for charging cord and place both in the provided package. Please use the label inside the package to mail the equipment back to PharmcoRx.
As soon as we verify the undamaged return of the equipment, we will proceed to return the security deposit of $300.
Results will be provided through our patient portal within 60 minutes of the test being performed. Results are provided with QR code for traveling purposes.
